My name is Aurora Rae Schmidt.
I am a Peace Country local and a Registered Massage Therapist. I Graduated my 2200hr program in the spring of 2020. I have a passion to help as many people as I can.
I come from a industrial back round. I’ve worked in the oilfield, and forestry sectors of Alberta for decades, before pursuing my passion of human health.
With my work experience I have extensive knowledge of the repetitive tasks that our tradesmen and tradeswomen must perform daily. I am an adept therapist, understanding how intensive labor impacts tradesmen, and tradeswomen health. I know where you hurt and how you got there. I offer extended evening and weekend hour treatments, so the average working person can receive the care they deserve.
Though I have expertise in my field of work, I am still expanding and learning new techniques and skills adding to my repertoire to meet your needs. I specialize in Therapeutic Hot Stone, Myofascial Cupping, Acupressure and Reflexology, and Sports Therapy. These are just some of the modalities I am trained in. I bring all of these skills to the table, literally.
I am always welcoming to people of all differing paths of life. Whether if you are a differing ethnicity, sexuality, gender you will always be welcome in my space to heal, let loose, and laugh. I like to laugh, because laughter after all is the best medicine.
